Nisha initially joined the firm as a legal administrator until she qualified as a solicitor in 2014, following a break, she re-joined the firm in September 2019. Nisha has 7+ years PQE an Associate Solicitor and IAAS Senior Accredited Caseworker with Supervisor status. She is accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, which allows her to provide specialist legal representation under the firm's legal aid franchise.

Nisha works on publicly funded Immigration matters, she is well experienced with a particular interest on advising clients on immigration law, practice and policy, as well as coordinating and managing delivery of services to clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Nisha is experienced in handling varied and complicated immigration work including matters involving vulnerable unaccompanied minors, trauma victims, victims of trafficking and domestic violence. She undertakes all aspects of asylum and immigration work from the initial application stage through to all stages of appeals. Nisha has years of experience in the field of immigration law and is committed to making a difference to the lives of her clients.

Nisha has an enhanced CRB status, which permits her to represent unaccompanied asylum-seeking children. Nisha is reliable and every client matters, she is experienced in representing her clients from victims of domestic abuse to unaccompanied minors and detained clients.
