Mansimran started the working part time in firm from 1 July 2014. Thereafter she worked as a legal intern from 3 July 2017. She has successfully qualified as a Solicitor in September 2022 and most recently as a Level 2 Senior Accredited Caseworker, in December 2022. She is accredited under the Law Society’s Immigration and Asylum Accreditation Scheme, which allows her to provide specialist legal representation under the firm's legal aid franchise.
Mansimran is keen to continue the success of her peers and has a portfolio of caseloads in private immigration, family and general litigation matters. Mansimran has expertise in representing legally aided clients in asylum/immigration matters. She covers all aspects in immigration, nationality, asylum, and human rights law with emphasis on asylum-seekers, other vulnerable immigrants, deportation cases, minors, victims of torture / exploitation and trafficking.
Mansimran has an enhanced CRB status, which allows her to represent unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and vulnerable adults. She fully understands the requirements and needs of her clients and is experienced in achieving positive results, considering every person she works with kindness and compassion.
Mansimran enjoys the outdoors, hiking, baking and socialising in her spare time.
